Shipping & Delivery
Highlighted [Tee to confirm] notes mark a choice that is Tee's to make. Everything else is written to match what the site, the bookings and the Egypt page already say. Have it checked by a lawyer before it goes live.
Orders are packed by hand in New South Wales and sent with Australia Post. All prices are in Australian dollars and are worked out at checkout from the total weight of your order. Delivery times are Australia Post's estimates of time in transit after dispatch; they aren't guaranteed.

International orders may attract import duties, taxes or customs charges in your country. These are set by your country's customs service and are paid by you. Some countries restrict natural items such as plant material, feathers, wood or certain stones; please check your local rules before ordering.
Dispatch
We aim to dispatch within [Tee to confirm: 2–4] business days. Pre-order items, such as made-to-order medicine drums, show their expected dispatch time on the product page. You will receive tracking details by email once your parcel is on its way.
Soul reports and digital items
Soul reports are delivered by email, with no shipping charge. Children's soul reports are emailed within 14 days of Tee receiving your child's details; for other reports Tee confirms the expected date when she accepts your booking request, before you pay. See Session & Report Terms.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within the delivery window, email info@shamanicdreaming.com with your order number (and photos, if it is damaged). We will work with Australia Post and send a replacement or refund under our Returns & Refunds policy. Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout, as we can't be responsible for parcels sent to an address entered incorrectly.
