Returns & Refunds

This policy covers physical products bought from the Shamanic Dreaming online shop. Sessions, soul reports and retreats have their own terms: see Session & Report Terms and the Egypt 2027 Booking Terms.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in this policy limits those rights.

Faulty, damaged or not as described

If an item arrives broken or damaged, develops a fault, or isn't what was described, email info@shamanicdreaming.com. It helps if you include your order number and, where you can, a photo, but please contact us even if you don't have them.

• For a major failure, such as an item that arrives broken, is unsafe, or is substantially different from its description, you choose a refund or a replacement.
• For a minor problem, we will repair or replace the item, or refund it if we can't put it right within a reasonable time.
• We refund the original postage with the item and pay the cost of returning it to us.

Change of mind

We are happy to accept a change-of-mind return within [Tee to confirm: 14] days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, undamaged and in its original packaging. Please email us before sending it back. Return postage for a change of mind is paid by you, and we refund the item price (not the original postage) once it arrives back with us.

For hygiene and energetic reasons we can't accept change-of-mind returns on [Tee to confirm: smudge sticks, incense, sprays, opened oracle decks, jewellery that has been worn]. This doesn't affect your rights if one of these items is faulty.

Natural variation

Crystals, stones and handmade pieces are natural and one of a kind. Colour, pattern, size and inclusions vary within the range you would reasonably expect for that stone, and photos may differ slightly from the piece you receive. This kind of natural variation isn't a fault. It doesn't cover damage, such as a crack or fracture that weakens the piece, or a piece that is materially different from the one described or pictured: those are covered by the section above.

Pre-orders

Pre-order items, such as made-to-order medicine drums, show an expected dispatch time on the product page. If we can't dispatch within that time we will tell you, and you may choose to wait or cancel for a full refund.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within [Tee to confirm: 5–10] business days of us approving the refund. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
