Session & Report Terms

These terms apply when you book a healing session, regression, activation, mentoring session or soul report with Teane "Tee" Kenny, trading as Shamanic Dreaming. By booking, you agree to them.

Booking and payment

• Prices are in Australian dollars and shown on each service page. Payment is made through the website's secure checkout or by invoice.
• Some services are booked as a request. Your booking is confirmed once Tee accepts the request and payment is made.
• Sessions are held online by video call, by distance, or in person where the service says so. For online sessions you need a reliable internet connection and a quiet, private space.

Sessions: rescheduling and cancellations

If you need to reschedule, a minimum of 8 hours' notice is required. With sufficient notice, your session may be moved to another available time.

If you cancel with at least 8 hours' notice and don't want another time, [Tee to confirm: you receive a refund less a A$… booking fee, or a credit for a future session]. If Tee is able to fill a late-cancelled time with another client, [Tee to confirm: you receive a credit for a future session].

Late cancellations, missed appointments, or failure to attend without notice will result in your session being forfeited and payment will not be transferred. [Lawyer to confirm: keeping the full fee for a late cancellation is proportionate to the time Tee has set aside and can't re-book.]

Please arrive on time for your session. Late arrival may reduce your session time to avoid impacting other bookings or commitments.

[Tee to confirm: in genuine emergencies, such as illness or bereavement, Tee may move a session at her discretion even with less notice.]

Soul reports

• Reports are prepared from the details you provide: your full name, date, time and place of birth and your current location. For a Soul Contract Report, the same details for each person in the reading, plus your relationship to them. These details are needed to prepare the report; without them we can't complete it. Please check them carefully.
• When you give us another person's details for a Soul Contract Report, please make sure they are happy for you to share them for this purpose. We use those details only to prepare your report.
• Children's soul reports are emailed within 14 days of Tee receiving your child's details. For other reports, Tee confirms the expected delivery date when she accepts your booking request, before you pay.
• [Tee to confirm: You can cancel a report for a full refund until Tee starts work on it.] Once work has begun, a change-of-mind cancellation is refunded less the value of the work already done [Tee to confirm].
• Reports are written for you personally. They remain Tee's work and are for your own use, not for publication or resale.

If Tee cancels or stops a session

• If Tee has to cancel or can't provide your session or report, you can choose a new time or a full refund.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method within 14 days of being agreed.
• Tee may decline a booking, or pause or end a session, if she believes the work isn't appropriate or safe for you at that time. If a session is ended early for that reason, you can choose a refund for the part not delivered or a new session to complete it.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, including that they are provided with due care and skill and are delivered within a reasonable time. The cancellation rules above apply to change-of-mind cancellations and missed appointments; they don't limit your rights if a service isn't provided as described.

Children's sessions

• Sessions and reports for anyone under 18 are booked by a parent or legal guardian, who provides the child's details and consents to the session.
• Where a young person is old enough to understand what the session involves, Tee also explains it to them and checks they are comfortable going ahead.
• Children's distance sessions don't require the child to be present. In-person or online sessions with a child take place with a parent or guardian nearby.
• Tee holds a Working With Children Check and a National Police Check.

The nature of this work

Sessions, readings, reports and activations are offered for personal insight, spiritual exploration, relaxation and wellbeing support. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, financial or other professional advice, diagnosis or treatment. Please keep seeing your doctor or health practitioner and don't stop any treatment or medication because of a session. Experiences and results vary from person to person.

Confidentiality and recordings

What you share in a session is treated with care and confidentiality, as set out in our Privacy Policy. [Tee to confirm: Sessions may not be recorded without Tee's agreement.]
